An established children’s nursery approached Accredo looking to buy additional premises.

They required multiple drawdowns to complete the purchase and for refurbishment costs with flexible payment terms that allowed the new venture time to generate additional income.

Outcome

Accredo provided £50,000 to fund their deposit, with an initial 6 months’ payment holiday. We then provided a further £100,000 to complete the purchase and cover refurbishment, with another 4 months payment holiday.
